Pickup Policy

Orders made on this store become available for pickup or delivery in 2 weeks.

Please, bring your email order confirmation for pickup.

If you do not receive your email confirmation, please let us know via our Contact Us page so we can manually resend your email order confirmation.

Our store and pick up location is:  9000 W Burleigh St, Milwaukee, WI 53222. 

Pickups for orders made on this store are available during regular business hours as follows:

Mon – Sat: 11 am – 9pm

Sun: 4pm – 9pm

We don’t require your ID, but we’ll take a picture of your order confirmation email on your phone as proof of pickup.

If you can’t make it to the store yourself, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order for you. Simply, forward your order confirmation email to whoever you want to pick up the order on your behalf. We treat possession of the order confirmation email as proof of authorization to pick up an order so do not forward the order confirmation email to anyone you do not intend to pickup your order.

Ordered items shall be held for 14 days after scheduled pickup or failed delivery. 

Orders not picked up within this time frame are not eligible for refunds.

 

Local Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery services through third parties like DoorDash in the Milwaukee area.

Customers outside our delivery radius may choose to pick up their orders as we offer free local pickup.

 Please, ensure you provide accurate address information during checkout as we pass all extra costs associated with a failed delivery to the customer.

Drivers are instructed to leave the package at the best possible place at your location if you cannot be contacted during delivery. By utilizing the local delivery services we provide, you agree to bear any losses arising from package theft or damage at your location.

You may receive updates about your delivery to the phone number or email provided during checkout.

Deliveries may be delayed or disrupted. We reserve the right to reschedule a delivery as necessary without any additional liability.
As deliveries are done by third parties, we are not responsible for the actions or negligence of third party agents. By utilizing our local delivery services, you agree to hold harmless us, our affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses.

  

Terms

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to our pickup or local delivery services.

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to our offering of our services will be resolved only through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Each party shall be solely responsible for its arbitration fees. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

 If any provision of these policies is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update this Pickup and Local Delivery Policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or amendments.
